ReadyMix is a specialized software for the Concrete Industry.

It is designed for Windows 98/2000/XP/NT της Microsoft, it is flexible, expandable and with great data processing capability.

Its main features are the representation of the real worksite status on a mimic diagram and the user-friendliness. The system user may select through simple menus the batching and the required quantity for the production. By simply pressing a button, loading is automatically achieved without further intervention.

The weight scale networking (for cement, inert materials, water and admixtures) is digitally achieved through an RS-422/RS-485 communication protocol. The material weight control is carried out with accuracy, as long as the software receives input directly from the weight scales.

ReadyMix also controls the PLC of the system, which supervises the complex movements and it does not allow any blocking during loading.
