iB-Controller
The iButtons, made by DALLAS, contain a unique encrypted code, which cannot be deleted.
The iB-Controller is a device, developed by P. G. MAVRIDIS based on a AVR® RISC Microcontroller, connected with a personal computer and through proper software, this encrypted code can be read.
In software applications, the so protected code can be linked to a specific customer or vehicle or product code etc. in order to safely and automatically input this parameter into a database.
The whole design ensures the expandability and flexibility of the device, in order to cover any application, whatsoever.
